Process
HigdonBraddockMatthews uses a disciplined, transparent search process to complete each assignment. After thorough discussions with the client and visits to meet with senior management and others, we develop a feel for the style and culture of the organization. Then, together with the client, we agree on objectives and customize a search strategy specific to the client's situation. In addition to helping us to accurately interpret our client's needs and goals, these discussions also allow us to more sharply define the responsibilities and qualifications necessary for each position.
